Security Supervisor (split shift 2nd & 3rd) - Full-time

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Security Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee security operations and ensure the safety of our premises and personnel. If you have a background in law enforcement or security, we want to hear from you.

Duties
- Supervise and coordinate security staff
- Implement security policies and procedures
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure a safe environment
- Monitor surveillance equipment including CCTV systems
- Respond to emergencies and alarms promptly
- Provide training on security protocols
- Handle incidents and conflicts effectively
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents

Experience
- Prior experience in a security-related role is required
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques
- Proficiency in CCTV monitoring and surveillance operations
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred
- Strong background in law enforcement or military is a plus
- Excellent conflict management skills
- Possession of relevant security certificates
