Who we’re looking for:
Wolfspeed is seeking a Technical Training Coordinator plays a key role in helping ensure that our staff is equipped with the right skills and education to be successful at their job every day.
The Day-to-Day:
- Lead cross-functional and continuous improvement training projects.
- Conduct regular assessments and identify skills or knowledge gaps across all groups.
- Develop time-based plans with management team to address knowledge gaps.
- Coordinate and execute new hire orientation.
- Perform timely data entry to track certifications and training progress.
- Monitory completion of assigned training and department compliance rates.
- Prepare content and participate in internal and customer audits.
- Provides oversite for assurance of training for edited documented procedures.
- Have presence in the work areas as needs are required.
- Engage in 5S walks as needed or requested.
- Assist with local outreach events as needed.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite programs.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and effectively across teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and able to react to shifting priorities to meet business needs.
- The ability to flex your schedule to support other shifts as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven project management skills.
- Experience within a manufacturing setting.
- Semiconductor industry experience.
This role may require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management.
