About the Role

This Meat Processing Production Associate role supports operations within meat and protein processing facilities. Associates assist with production line tasks, product handling, and packaging while following strict safety, sanitation, and food handling standards. This role is best suited for individuals who are dependable, comfortable working in regulated environments, and able to perform physically demanding work. Opportunities may be temporary, temp-to-hire, or direct hire depending on client needs and performance.

Schedule

• Full-time schedules available
• Day, evening, and overnight shifts depending on production needs
• Overtime opportunities may be available
• On-site roles within processing facilities

What You’ll Do

• Assist with meat processing and production line operations
• Handle, package, and prepare product according to specifications
• Perform trimming, sorting, or labeling tasks as assigned
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and PPE requirements
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment
• Meet production, quality, and safety standards

What We're Looking For

• Meat processing, food production, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort working in cold, wet, or refrigerated environments
• Strong attention to safety and sanitation standards
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check (client-specific)
• Reliable transportation
