Job Description:
SUMMARY:Assisting with customer feedback analysis, supporting initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, and helping with market research and reporting. They may also help socialize customer insights across different departments and learn to use data management tools to analyze customer behavior and create reports. Key skills for this role are strong communication, problem-solving, and an ability to collaborate with various teams.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Gathering and analyzing feedback:
Assisting in collecting and analyzing customer feedback from various sources.
* Supporting service improvement:
Helping with initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and enhance the overall customer journey.
* Data analysis:
Using data management tools to evaluate customer behavior and sentiments, and creating reports or visualizations to present insights.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and support, to implement improvements and ensure a cohesive customer experience.
* Market research: Participating in market research to understand customer needs and identify problems to be solved.
* Socializing insights: Communicating customer insights to various business functions to drive action and alignment.
* Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
* Problem-solving: The ability to identify issues and contribute to solutions.
* Analytical skills: Proficiency in analyzing data and drawing insights from it.
* Customer focus: A passion for understanding and improving the customer experience.
* Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Business Administration.
COMPENSATION:
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $21.00 - $24.00.

**PROFIT SHARING: In 2025 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
