Student Worker - Student Center

The Blinn College District is searching for a Student Worker - Student Center at our Bryan Campus. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities are listed below:

Job Summary 

To assist Student Leadership & Activities staff in performing the day-to-day operation of the Student Center Programs.

Principal Accountabilities

• Fulfill training requirements.
• Manage resources and event logistics.
• Keep all materials, equipment, and furniture in an orderly manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications/ Required Degree, License or Certifications

Must be federal work study eligible.
Must be at least a half time student at Blinn College.

Minimum Competencies

Customer service experience

Computer skills in Microsoft Office Products

Preferred Qualifications


Preferred Competencies

Experience in working in the area of hospitality.

Special Notes To Applicants

Ability to perform physically demanding activities including walking, stooping and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Length of employment : semester by semester
Evaluation Procedures & Schedules – n/a

Maximum of 19 hours per week.

Ability to work between 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
