HVAC Mechanic

With a shift from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, you'll have your afternoons free to enjoy life outside of work!

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

You take on a variety of maintenance tasks, ensuring that HVAC systems are operating smoothly and efficiently. Using power and hand tools, you connect motors, compressors, and temperature controls, ensuring every installation is up to standard. You carefully observe pressure and vacuum gauges, making precise adjustments to keep operations optimal. As you move through your work orders, you expertly troubleshoot issues, replace defective components, and install air and water filters. Whether you're injecting refrigerant, checking for leaks, or working with control panels, your keen attention to detail ensures that every system runs at peak performance. You're also ready to jump in for emergency repairs when needed, working collaboratively with building tenants and fellow team members to maintain a comfortable and safe environment.

Here's what you need to become our HVAC Mechanic:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Journeyman HVAC license
• EPA Universal CFC license
• OSHA 30 certification is a plus!
• 3+ years of Journeyman level experience obtained in a trade or occupation in maintenance, repair, or operation of buildings
• US Citizen (or a permanent resident for at least 5 years)
• Good financial standing, up to date on taxes
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot HVAC equipment
• Selected candidate will be required to pass a federal government background investigation prior to start of work.
