Responsibilities:
-
Diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently, in line with dealership standards and manufacturer specifications

Test-drive vehicles and utilize diagnostic tools and special service equipment to assess vehicle components and systems

Perform maintenance and repairs on engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, brakes, electrical systems, air conditioning, and more

Communicate with Service Advisors to keep customers informed about repair progress and any additional work needed, providing estimates for time and cost

Execute warranty repairs according to manufacturer guidelines

Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Skills: Excellent mechanical and troubleshooting abilities; ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment

Experience: Prior automotive repair experience, particularly with used cars, preferred

Communication: Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members

Work Ethic: Positive, friendly attitude, and eagerness to continuously learn and improve

Collaboration: Team-oriented with the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment

Licensing: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
