Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently, in line with dealership standards and manufacturer specifications

• Test-drive vehicles and utilize diagnostic tools and special service equipment to assess vehicle components and systems

• Perform maintenance and repairs on engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, brakes, electrical systems, air conditioning, and more

• Communicate with Service Advisors to keep customers informed about repair progress and any additional work needed, providing estimates for time and cost

• Execute warranty repairs according to manufacturer guidelines

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent

• Skills: Excellent mechanical and troubleshooting abilities; ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment

• Experience: Prior automotive repair experience, particularly with used cars, preferred

• Communication: Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members

• Work Ethic: Positive, friendly attitude, and eagerness to continuously learn and improve

• Collaboration: Team-oriented with the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment

• Licensing: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
