As a Personal Injury Case Manager, your duties include:
Overlooking and ensuring a smooth workflow between personal injury cases.
Overseeing and managing department members to ensure productivity, direction and accuracy.
Exercising the basic functions of the personal injury claim process, including:
- Screening clients
- Opening insurance claims
- Coordinating medical treatments
- Consistently checking in & following up with clients
- Maintaining communication with Insurance adjusters to resolve property damage
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Team-oriented; able to lead, inspire and communicate well with others
- Time-oriented & highly organized
- Passion for helping both clients and co-workers
