On-Call Sub - SUPRT Collection Support Staff
INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY - The SAMHSA Unified Performance Reporting Tools (SUPRT) is a framework designed to assess and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and programs within federally administered grants. Howard Center is required to collect SUPRT data on a set sample of our clients as part of our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) grant. We are seeking staff to assist in the collection.
Responsibilities:
- Contact identified individuals
- Conduct a semi-structured interview
- Record responses and upload responses into database
Requirements:
- Employed at Howard Center
- Clinical experience and/or extensive experience with navigating electronic health records systems.
Structure:
- Substitute
- Non-exempt
- Non-Union
- $25/hr plus a $10 stipend for each full report completed
