LEAD LABORER - CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN BENEFITS AND PERKS
- Competitive salary of $56,000 - $90,000/year
- Standard 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday schedule

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
As our Lead Laborer - Construction Foreman, you'll provide diligent leadership and complete quality hands-on work to ensure every project goes off without a hitch. You'll coordinate with involved parties (laborers, subcontractors, clients, etc.) to keep projects moving efficiently. You'll track daily job progress and proactively purchase building materials to make sure we're meeting timelines and staying on schedule. You'll also roll up your sleeves and complete hands-on work yourself, making you a pivotal part of our successful remodeling projects!
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in remodeling construction
- Customer-facing experience
- Technology proficiency
- Ability to provide your own tools
- Ability to perform hands-on work for most of the day
- A valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Reliable transportation
Preferred Criteria:
- 10+ years of remodeling experience
- Experience managing subcontractors
- Experience using project management software
