📍 Location: Throughout Orange, Seminole & Osceola County| 💲 Rates starting at $45 per visit | ⏰Per Diem/ Flexible

What You’ll Do

• Deliver safe, high-quality care based on individualized Plans of Care

• Communicate promptly with the team regarding patient status and changes

• Provide skilled nursing (e.g., wound care, infusion, catheter care, medication administration)

• Partner with Nurse Supervisor/Manager of Clinical Practice to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Show empathy, professionalism, and excellent follow-through with patients and families

What We’re Looking For

✔ Current RN license in Florida
✔ Medicare Home Health and Private Duty Home Care experience required
✔ Current OASIS experience required
✔ Strong wound care skills
✔ Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
✔ Familiarity with WellSky/Kinnser/AlayaCare is a plus
