Deleader Worker

Perform hands-on Lead Abatement and Removal work across MA, NH, ME, and RI — $25–$30/hr, full-time, with Health/Dental/Vision and 401(k)! MA Deleader Worker License; NH/ME/RI/CT a plus.

Job Summary:
We are hiring Licensed Deleader Workers to perform hands-on work in lead abatement projects. You will work on-site alongside a team under the direction of a Licensed Supervisor to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform lead abatement and removal tasks, including surface preparation, containment setup, and safe removal of lead-based materials.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Properly handle, package, and dispose of lead-contaminated materials according to MA DLS, OSHA, and company standards.
• Assist in maintaining accurate project documentation.
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and equipment.

Qualifications:

• MA Deleader Worker License required.
• NH, ME, RI, CT licenses a plus, or ability to acquire.
• Experience in lead abatement or environmental cleanup preferred.
• Ability to lift 50–70+ lbs and work in confined spaces, on ladders, scaffolding, and various site conditions.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Strong attention to safety, detail, and teamwork.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bilingual (Spanish/Portuguese) a plus.
