Position Summary:
We are hiring a Licensed Deleader Field Supervisor to lead on-site crews and oversee lead abatement and removal projects. This is a working supervisor role, requiring hands-on participation and crew management to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to code.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct lead abatement and removal crews.
- Ensure compliance with MA, OSHA, and company safety standards.
- Review project scopes, assign daily tasks, and manage priorities.
- Perform onsite lead abatement and removal work alongside the team.
- Maintain documentation for projects and employee activities.
- Collaborate with industrial hygienists, consultants, and clients.
Qualifications:
- MA Deleader Supervisor License required.
- NH, ME, RI, CT licenses a plus, or ability to acquire.
- Experience in lead abatement and removal or related environmental projects.
- OSHA 10/30 Construction Safety (preferred).
- Construction/environmental experience (asbestos, hazardous materials) a plus.
- Bilingual (Spanish/Portuguese) a plus.
- Ability to lift 50–70+ lbs, work on ladders/scaffolding, and wear PPE.
- Reliable transportation and strong leadership/teamwork skills.
