Tresco seeks a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to support infants and children with developmental delays or disabilities through individualized, meaningful interventions. Make a difference—one milestone at a time!
🧠 About the Role:
As a Physical Therapist, you will design and implement personalized therapy programs that promote motor development, independence, and improved quality of life. You’ll work closely with families, interdisciplinary teams, and the community to support early childhood growth and development.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities Include:
Conduct comprehensive neurodevelopmental assessments for infants and young children
Develop and implement individualized therapy goals
Deliver center-based and home-based therapy sessions
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members to support holistic care
Supervise therapy aides and PTA staff
Participate in IFSP meetings and assist with IEP development
Provide outreach, training, and resources to local communities
Follow all documentation, billing, and compliance guidelines
Promote a supportive and inclusive environment for children and families
🎓 Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
Licensure: Must be licensed by the NM Board of Physical Therapy
Experience: Minimum 3 years working with children with disabilities or at risk
Driving: Valid driver's license and willingness to travel statewide
