Location: 6666 Manlius Center Road, East Syracuse, NY 13057
Pay Rate: $17.25 - $20.50
Schedule: Monday � Friday: 8:30 a.m. � 4:30 p.m.

Our focus is supporting individuals by ways of residential housing, mental health and clinical services, and immersing our participants in community engagement. Working closely with the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities and the Office of Mental Health, we support 27 housing locations and 3 administrative buildings.
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive employee to provide administrative support to the DD/ABI Department.
Responsibilities:

- Records Management Maintain multiple data systems and electronic health records (EHR)
- Track Foothold reports and notifications for Program Managers and Directors and follow up for timely completion
- Committee meeting calendaring and member contact information
- Maintain participant file information
- Request updates as needed and review information for action items
- Create and send packets for Committee members prior to meeting
- Develop department forms; add/delete forms from system, as directed
- Develop, update, and maintain multiple database.
- Complete annual IRA holiday and finance mailings, or other mailings as needed
- Assist with Agency mail run between Manlius Center, Basile Rowe, and Court St. buildings
- Take meeting notes and distribute
- Fill in for reception, as needed
- Community and Teamwork Facilitate positive communication with other departments and accept assignments in other areas as requested by supervisor
- Conduct self in a professional manner
- Attend staff meetings and other meetings as directed by supervisor
- Observe confidentiality and safeguards regarding all participant related information
- Follow Agency standards and procedures
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as with company policies
- Perform Other Duties as Assigned
Education/Experience:
High school diploma/GED, required. Must be able to independently perform standard administrative assistant duties. Proficient computer skills including but not limited to: Microsoft Word, Excel, Sharepoint, and Concur. Proficient in DD ABI programs and databases. Good written and verbal skills required. Administrative assistant training and experience, preferred.
Conditions of Employment:
Must have a valid NYS Driver License in accordance with the Agency Vehicle and Driving policy and transportation necessary to meet program needs. Must respect confidentiality. Must be able to perform duties with repetitive motion. Successful completion of required orientation and annual training. Must participate in successful database checks through required regulatory authorities.
