As a Support Partner, you’ll work one-on-one with people with disabilities in their homes and communities, supporting independence and inclusion. 

• Community Engagement – Helping individuals connect and participate in meaningful activities
• Daily Living Support – Assisting with personal care, communication, transportation, and social/recreational experiences
• Skill Development – Support growth in independent living skills and confidence.

About the Position

• Location: Glen Mills, PA
• Schedule: Part-time (24 hours per week)
• Pay: $19/hour for day/evening shifts; $13/hour for overnight companion shifts

Hours

• Monday & Wednesday: 
  • Evening: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Overnight Companion: 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM

• 18 years of age or older
• valid driver's license with a clean driving record
