As a Support Partner, you’ll work one-on-one with people with disabilities in their homes and communities, supporting independence and inclusion.
- Community Engagement – Helping individuals connect and participate in meaningful activities
- Daily Living Support – Assisting with personal care, communication, transportation, and social/recreational experiences
- Skill Development – Support growth in independent living skills and confidence.

About the Position
- Location: Glen Mills, PA
- Schedule: Part-time (24 hours per week)
- Pay: $19/hour for day/evening shifts; $13/hour for overnight companion shifts
Hours
- Monday & Wednesday:
- Evening: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Overnight Companion: 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM

- A high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year experience supporting people to live in the community
- 18 years of age or older
- valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- access to a registered, insured, and inspected vehicle for use during work hours
