The Phonathon Student Supervisor will manage daily operations during calling shifts, oversee student callers, and ensure the achievement of key fundraising goals. This position offers leadership experience and the opportunity to contribute to the growth of our fundraising efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee student callers during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth operations and productivity.
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide support to callers throughout their shifts.
Maintain an average of 25 calls per hour, per student.
Train and mentor new and returning student callers on scripts, calling techniques, and donor engagement strategies.
Collaborate with the Phonathon Staff Supervisor to develop and refine calling scripts, strategies, and donor outreach efforts.
Track performance metrics, including call completion, pledges, and donor feedback, and provide timely reports to the Phonathon Staff Supervisor.
Foster a positive and motivating work environment by offering real-time feedback and encouragement to callers.
Address questions, concerns, and technical issues during shifts and escalate any challenges to the Phonathon Staff Supervisor as necessary.
Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new student callers.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to enhance Phonathon initiatives, outreach efforts, and donor engagement.
Qualifications
Must be a current student.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Previous experience as a phonathon caller preferred.
Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus, but not required.
Availability for a minimum of 2 shifts (4 hours) per week, with flexibility to work additional shifts as needed.

$14.00 per Hour
