Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated waitstaff to join our team at a busy, fast-paced restaurant. The ideal candidates will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner

- Take and process customer orders accurately

- Serve food and beverages promptly

- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or requests

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service

- Handle cash and process payments accurately

Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent multitasking abilities

- Attention to detail

- Team player with a positive attitude

- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required

Physical Requirements:

• Able to move throughout all areas of the restaurant.
• Able to climb ladders and stairs.
• Stamina; able to stand for long periods.
