- You have previous catering and/or restaurant cooking experience
Here’s what an ordinary day of work might look like:
- In House prep days
- Wash, peel, chop, slice, and dice whatever might be necessary
- Follow recipes and get those culinary creations ready to be finished on-site
- Break down and clean up the kitchen area
- On event days:
- Set up kitchen area
- Assist in finishing cooking dishes, assemble hors d’oeuvres, plate dinners, or maybe man an action station
- Break down and clean up the kitchen area
You’re gonna need this to carry out this job:
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation
- Punctuality
