• Have knowledge of service, food, and beverages.
• Able to follow directions and work well as a team.
  
• This position requires availability Friday to Sunday and can be flexible on the weekdays.
• Promptly answer telephone calls, take reservations, take-out orders, and professionally handle customer complaints.
