As our family of neighborhood trattorias continues to grow, we’re looking for a Food Runner who can help deliver our dishes with the same care and speed that goes into preparing them.

Who You Are:

You thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You know your way around a bustling dining room, and you bring enthusiasm, teamwork, and professionalism to every shift. You understand the importance of timing, cleanliness, and consistency — and you love being part of a team that puts guests first.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver dishes from the kitchen to tables swiftly and accurately, even during peak hours

• Learn and retain the full menu — including ingredients and allergens — to support excellent guest service

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in line with company hygiene standards

• Communicate efficiently with kitchen and front-of-house teams

• Ensure all food items meet Buona Forchetta’s quality and presentation standards

• Work cooperatively within a team, respecting company policies and guidance from the General Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in high-volume restaurants

• Basic knowledge of Italian cuisine and a passion for learning more

• Quick learner with the ability to memorize detailed menus

• Strong multitasking and time-management skills

• Commitment to cleanliness and professionalism

• E-Verify participation required
