Our well-established truck and trailer repair shop is seeking a dedicated Front-Line Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of our shop.

Position: Front-Line Supervisor

Location: Bedford Park, IL

Responsibilities:

• Inspecting and operating vehicles and equipment to diagnose problems and determine repairs. Oversee daily shop operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity
• Overseeing a team of technicians or mechanics, ensuring that work is completed efficiently, accurately, and on time.

• Quality control of provided services

Qualifications:

• Experience 7 years min
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the truck and trailer repair industry
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of repair shop equipment, tools, and safety procedures
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm

                  Saturday 8 am-1 pm
