We are seeking a dedicated PRN Licensed Dental Assistant to join our team in Fairmont, MN. Our flexible staffing model allows you to choose your schedule, providing you with the work-life balance you need while contributing to exceptional patient care. As an integral part of our dental team, you will assist in various dental procedures and ensure a seamless patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist dentists in all aspects of patient care, including procedures and exams.
  • Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to infection control protocols.
  • Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as required.
  • Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-procedure care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and assist with scheduling and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
  • Travel as needed to support community sites, which may include driving a company vehicle or personal transportation when necessary.


  • Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Completion of an accredited dental assisting program.
  • Active Minnesota Licensure, DAND Certification, and/or other state jurisprudence requirements to perform designated tasks.
  • Current CPR (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills in English (Spanish proficiency preferred based on clinic location).
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to be added to the company car insurance roster highly preferred.
