We are looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our Hilltop Center in Hilltop, WV, with a commitment of 32-40 hours per week.
The annual salary for this role ranges from $101,750 to $117,000.

ResponsibilitiesThe Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaborating on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific goals and priorities. Additionally, the Advanced Practice Provider will work alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-centered medical care.
The Advanced Practice Provider will offer primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center, working in conjunction with other medical professionals. This position is integral to achieving our organization's mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing, hold a registered nurse license, and be certified as a Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s Degree in Nursing, specializing in Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) tracks. Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs.
A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
In states where practice regulations permit, the candidate should possess an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for each state of practice.
