Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning ASAC for 3-6 months with the option to extend. No nights, no weekends, no holidays, and no call.
Case Mix: General, ortho, blocks, OB
Support Staff/Supervision: Medical Supervision
Credentialing Time-Frame: 60-90 days
Active Texas License: Must have active TX license to be presented
