SCHEDULE & CALL\n
\n Mon-Fri 8am"5pm / Half-day Fridays\n
\n 2 days OR + 2.5 days clinic + 0.5 admin/week\n
\n Protected admin time\n
\n Shared call 1:3 (advancing to 1:4 with recruitment)\n
\n Phone-based with after-hours nurse triage support\n
\n

\n APP for team collaboration\n

PATIENT VOLUME & SCOPE\n
\n 30+ patients/day average\n
\n Newborn to geriatrics\n
\n Full surgical and medical ENT scope\n

SURGICAL SERVICES\n
\nHead/neck tumors & cancer, tonsil/adenoid surgery, thyroid/parathyroid, facial plastic surgery, facial lesion/cancer removal, facial trauma, parotid gland, snoring/sleep apnea treatment, eardrum repair\n
\n
MEDICAL & DIAGNOSTIC SERVICES\n
\nVoice/swallowing disorders, hearing loss, tinnitus, hearing aids, chronic sinusitis, deviated septum, ear infections, Bell's palsy, Meniere's disease, nosebleeds, onsite audiology sub-specialty\n

REQUIREMENTS\n

\n
• Board-certified/eligible in Otolaryngology
\n
• Valid SC license (or ability to obtain)
\n
• Current DEA license
\n
• Full ENT scope + surgical skills
\n
