About this job
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Read & interpret blueprint specifications to determine procedures
- Prepare parts by cleaning in sand blaster or cleaning tanks.
- Locate and position parts according to engineering specifications using holding fixtures, jigs, etc.
- Use measuring devices to set up, adjust and verify conformance of work to specifications.
- Apply heat, flux, etc., using care to ensure proper flowage, adherence, strength of joint and to avoid damage or destruction to parts.
- Follow all clean - up and housekeeping procedures.
- Must be comfortable with hand & power tools
- Comply with all safety regulations.
- Minimum of a high school Diploma
- Previous coil or brazing experience required
- Previous fork lift experience a plus
