Material Handler I (Pack Out) (2nd Shift)

Pack Out team is responsible for the final stage of the manufacturing process. You will be the last set of eyes on our high-end server racks and components, ensuring they are securely packaged, labeled, and documented for global shipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Final Packaging: Securely wrap, pad, and box finished server racks, nodes, and components using specialized industrial packaging materials.

• Quality Inspection: Perform a final visual check of products for cosmetic defects or missing external components before sealing the crates.

• Labeling & Documentation: Generate and apply accurate shipping labels, packing slips, and "Fragile/Tilt" indicators to ensure safe transit.

• Palletizing: Use pallet jacks or assist with automated wrapping machines to prepare heavy shipments for outbound loading docks.

• ESD Awareness: Maintain strict adherence to Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protocols to protect finished electronic assemblies during the packing process.

Required Qualifications

• Physical Strength: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver large, bulky packaging materials throughout the shift.

• Technical Literacy: Comfort using basic computer software to print labels and log completed units into the system.

• Detail Orientation: Extreme accuracy is required to ensure the right product is in the right box with the correct shipping documentation.

• Pace: Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment to meet daily shipping deadlines.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $17.50 - $17.50 Per Hour
