CYNWAVE Solutions, LLC is searching for a dependable InternationalExecutive Housekeeperto support daily cleaning and sanitation operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment in accordance with company policies and contract specifications. Key responsibilities include dusting and polishing furniture, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, sanitizing restrooms and kitchen areas, and restocking supplies as needed. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas in accordance with IEHA best practices
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, offices, break rooms, common areas, and other designated spaces
• Follow all safety, health, and environmental guidelines, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and PPE
• Adhere to established schedules, quality standards, and inspection requirements
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and respect in all work areas

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience (5 years)
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, and safe use of cleaning chemicals
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Compliance with International Executive Housekeepers Association (IEHA) standards
