Material & Warehouse Coordinator

Position: Material & Warehouse Coordinator - Material Purchasing, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory Management

Location: Bryant Warehouse in Bryant SD

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Material & Warehouse Coordinator to oversee material purchasing, shipping/receiving, and inventory management operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain execution, excellent organizational skills, and a proven track record of optimizing material handling.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain material strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective warehouse

- Uphold relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and pricing

- Shipping/receiving operations to ensure accurate and efficient handling of goods

- Monitor inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstock situations

- Work with all electrical teams to forecast and plan inventory requirements

-Coordinate material deliveries to electrical teams in the field

- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

-Assist PMs with materials for job BOMs

Requirements:

- Experience in purchasing, shipping/receiving, and inventory management

- Strong negotiation and communication skills

- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft 365

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

-Forklift Certificate (we will train)

-Able to lift 50lbs+
