Technical Trainer with an active TS/SCI with a Polygraph clearance

Distributed Solutions, Inc. (DSI) is seeking a highly motivated Technical Trainer professional with an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance to join our growing organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze work procedures, workflows, and reports to identify training needs
• Design and deliver training sessions on company-specific software applications
• Develop and maintain user manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and other training materials
• Create web-based training (WBT) modules, video tutorials, and SOP scripts using Adobe Captivate
• Ensure training programs adhere to organizational standards and legal regulations
• Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of training programs based on feedback and client needs
• Stay current with industry trends through workshops, courses, and publications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful training execution
• Research and recommend systems and tools to optimize training processes
• Curate and maintain a comprehensive library of training resources and track employee progress
• Conduct training through various formats, including webinars, one-on-one sessions, and video conferences
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve training goals and support ongoing development efforts

Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer education or a similar field
• 3 to 5 years of related experience
• Proven record of people skills
• Understanding of operational programs
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must
• Leadership skills are a plus
• Must have Active TS/SCI with Polygraph ONLY; all others need not apply
