Description: The RTS is responsible for driving sales performance through in-store training, relationship building, and brand execution across an assigned territory. This role focuses entirely on training and supporting retail sales associates, not selling directly to consumers. You will spend most of your time in the field working with existing retail partners, delivering product education, sales strategies, and brand messaging. The role is highly autonomous, requires strong time management, and involves frequent local travel with occasional overnights depending on territory. This role has a great opportunity for growth!

- 2+ years of experience in retail sales, sales training, or a customer-facing sales role

- Associates degree required, bachelors preferred

- Experience training or coaching retail sales associates in features, benefits, and sales process

- Comfortable with 75% travel within a defined territory, primarily local driving with occasional overnight stays

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required and BedMatch is highly preferred

- Valid driver"s license, clean driving record and reliable personal vehicle

- Background in mattress, furniture, or adjacent retail industries preferred
