Univesco, Inc. is a Dallas-based property management company that has been in the industry for over 40 years managing over 4,000 apartment units across Texas and in Florida.
The Position:
We are looking for an experienced and thorough Service Technician to join our maintenance team who will make repairs to the community and apartment homes to company standards including HVAC, carpentry, electrical, painting, and plumbing work while following company policies and procedures, safety standards, and other Federal and State laws.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of current proven experience in multi-family property maintenance or a relevant field, have a valid HVAC certification, be able to work independently, have excellent time management skills with an ability to prioritize tasks, show attention to detail, and have a working knowledge of the English language.
