We are actively hiring for the position of Production Associate, 3rd Shift, for our plant in Wixom, MI.
Shift: 3rd Shift, Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform production tasks accurately and efficiently according to established standards.
- Always follow safety procedures and quality requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Identify and report issues related to quality, materials, equipment, or workflow.
- Use inventory and tracking systems correctly when required.
- Support other departments or production areas as needed to meet deadlines.
- Participate in training and continuous improvement activities.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Help protect production flow by completing work on time and minimizing rework.
- Report on working on time and maintaining regular, reliable attendance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to use small hand tools.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills
- Attention to detail.
- Must be able to read, write, speak & understand English.
- Effective communication with management and co-workers.
- Recognize safety issues and corrective actions.
