Table Lead - Full-time

Position Summary:

Motivate and direct table to complete customer orders in an efficient manner.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

To perform this position successfully, an individual must fulfill the knowledge, skill, and/or ability requirements listed below.

1. Assist in organization of table workflow to maximize efficiency with implementation of new steps.
2. Aid in continuous improvement within workflow in processing department.
3. Make sure of a consistent flow of work is provided to the processor without interruption.
4. Assure each processor in their work center is achieving the company’s expectations of that processor regarding both quantity and quality.
5. Provide necessary tools for their table to complete orders.
6. Address personnel issues.
7. Communicate to the Floor Supervisor any issues that prevent orders from shipping.
8. Check all products before shipping for quality assurance.
9. Responsible for teaching employees (new and current) processing techniques.

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Must possess the ability to read and interpret documents such as policy and operating manuals.

• Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills.

Education Requirements: 

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Preferred Experience:

1 year in an office or manufacturing setting leading a team of 4 - 6 employees.
