Cargo Security Associate

About the role: As a Cargo Security Associate, you will support TQL’s internal Sales Teams and carrier base by managing inbound phone and email requests with a focus on issue resolution and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing documentation and compliance requirements such as insurance, set-up forms, permits, and more.
