Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Russell Tobin's client is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Clerk in Dodge City, KS

Employment Type: Contract

Location: Onsite - Dodge City, KS 67801

Pay rate: $15-$16/hr

Responsibilities:

• Collect and verify shipment information, including weights and required documentation.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing in accordance with established procedures.
• Investigate billing discrepancies and follow up on errors to resolution.
• Collaborate with team members and provide backup support for other roles as needed.
• Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical, or customer support issues under general supervision.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate personnel when necessary.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent secondary education.
• Proficiency with ten-key and keyboarding.
• Ability to work under pressure in a controlled environment.
• Strong communication skills with both internal and external customers.
• Minimum of two (2) years of related work experience.
• Additional minimum qualifications may apply.
