Class A Mechanic

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Class A Mechanic to join our team at Alliance Green Services (AGS) US, Inc. The Class A Mechanic will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and completing complex maintenance projects across a wide range of equipment. This position requires advanced expertise and significant experience in mechanical systems, as well as the ability to lead and delegate tasks to lower-tier mechanics.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain complex mechanical systems and equipment.

Independently troubleshoot issues, using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.

Read and interpret detailed schematics and technical manuals.

Lead the shift, assigning tasks and providing guidance to Class B, C, and D mechanics.

Train and mentor lower-tier mechanics, providing hands-on guidance and technical advice.

Ensure that all repairs are completed to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Oversee the timely completion of projects, ensuring all deadlines are met.

Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient operations.

Extensive experience (5+ years) in mechanical repair and maintenance.

Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.

Proven leadership and team coordination experience.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
