RV Service Writer - Full-time

Pierce RV Supercenter, a family-owned business with nearly a century of service in Montana, is seeking a dedicated RV Service Writer to join our team. This role is integral to our service department, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will manage customer interactions from start to finish, coordinate workloads, and liaise with various departments to achieve goals.

• Address customer concerns and walk through issues with them
• Prepare and manage work orders from initiation to completion
• Provide estimates for repair costs and delivery times
• Order necessary parts and monitor their delivery
• Ensure accurate billing of labor and parts
• Conduct active customer walk-throughs and delivery processes
• Collaborate with service, body shop, and detail departments to meet sales targets
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Proven ability to multitask effectively
