CDR Works LLC is seeking a Order Fulfillment Specialist - 2nd Shift to join our team near Whitsett, NC. The ideal candidate for this position will be a motivated individual with strong work ethics, problem-solving abilities, flexible schedule and a commitment to provide results in a fast-paced environment.
This role ensures devices and related orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. This role focuses on order execution, device handling, and workflow tracking within the warehouse environment to meet customer commitments.

Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:00 P.M. – 11:00 P.M. 2nd Shift (Hours might defer)

Key Responsibilities
- Process and handle customer devices through all stages of the workflow.
- Perform basic auto-provisioning, etching, troubleshooting, configuration, and quality checks on PC devices.
- Track and update device status as it moves through various warehouse stages and locations.
- Support order fulfillment by managing and prioritizing large volumes of freight and devices.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with Lenovo standards, timelines, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment within the facility.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for processes, standards, and workflows.
- Adapt to a high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines during peak cycles.
Qualifications
- Well dressed and presentable as we host client tours.
- Strong technical knowledge of client devices (laptops, notebooks and tablets).
- Working knowledge of PC configuration and warehouse operations.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage large volumes of orders effectively.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
