Production Employee – Fresh

As a Production Employee in the Fresh Department, you will be responsible for sorting and packaging fresh products while keeping the work area clean and safe.

• Preparing, moving boxes for production.
• Stagging pallets with boxes for production line as per production schedule.
• Sweeping and maintaining work area clean.
• Report all defects, violations, line/equipment malfunction and issues to line leader.
• Sorting and packaging good garlic, shallots and discarding as per production schedule.
• Use ERP Parity Mobile to track work orders and inventories.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Availability to work five days, eight hours shifts from Monday to Friday and overtime hours as needed. Availability to work on weekends as per production schedule. This is a second shift position. Must be able to lift 10-pound boxes regularly.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma/G.E.D. or equivalent required.
• Utilize knowledge and requirements of Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Willingness to work overtime and/or Saturdays.
