CDR Works LLC is seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Material Handler to join our team near Whitsett, NC. Key Responsibilities
- Work in a fastpaced environment with strict deadlines.
- Maintain excellent attendance and arrive on time with reliable transportation.
- Lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Walk, stand, and/or sit for the entire shift.
- Frequently grasp, grip, reach, pull, push, bend, squat, kneel, and balance.
- Work cooperatively with team members across various departments.
- Work overtime as needed.
- Receive incoming materials; count and verify shipping documents (packing lists, bills of lading, etc.).
- Receive goods into the warehouse system, note discrepancies, and coordinate with Receiving Technicians for resolution.
- Validate conditions and quantities of returned materials against return authorization documents.
- Use pick lists or handheld devices to remove materials from stock and stage them for order fulfillment.
- Load products into appropriate packaging or onto pallets based on order requirements.
- Use barcode scanners and manual system entry to capture data accurately.
- Complete packaging and labeling of outgoing shipments according to established guidelines.
- Perform shipment transactions while verifying counts and packaging integrity.
- Prepare shipment documents and coordinate with carriers for accurate loading and marking.
- Support Rebox operations, ensuring proper repackaging, labeling, and product movement as needed.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by Lenovo/USFC Management, including Supervisors and Leads.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in English.
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills required.
- Ability to meet physical demands of the role (lifting, standing, repetitive motion).
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work overtime when required.
