Allied OneSource is currently hiring experienced Forklift Operators for multiple client locations. We’re seeking dependable and safety-minded individuals with a strong background in warehouse operations and the ability to operate a variety of powered industrial equipment. These are full-time, long-term placement opportunities with potential for advancement at our clients’ facilities.

Position Overview

As a Forklift Operator placed through Allied OneSource, you’ll be responsible for safely and efficiently moving materials throughout the warehouse or distribution center. The ideal candidate will have experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, high-reach forklifts, scissor lifts, and cherry pickers. A commitment to safety, accuracy, and teamwork is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment, including sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, high reach, scissor lift, and cherry picker.
• Load and unload trailers, railcars, and containers safely and efficiently.
• Transport raw materials, finished goods, and packaging supplies throughout the facility.
• Pick, stage, and prepare products for shipment according to work orders and inventory systems.
• Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report any mechanical or safety issues.
• Follow all OSHA, client, and Allied OneSource safety guidelines and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production and shipping goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience operating forklifts and lifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, high reach, scissor lift, and cherry picker).
• Valid or prior forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to lift, move, and carry up to 60 lbs on a regular basis.
• Strong attention to safety, detail, and productivity.
• Ability to wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen.
• Resume submission required.

Schedule

• Full-Time, Monday–Friday
• 8-Hour Shifts
• All shifts available (1st, 2nd, and 3rd)
