Forklift Driver

Labor Solutions is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Driver to support our warehouse operations. This role is vital to the movement, tracking, and handling of inventory. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate powered industrial trucks to transport materials, supplies, and products
• Receive, store, and distribute products accurately and safely
• Maintain records of materials received and shipped
• Review shipping documents for accuracy and compliance
• Expedite shipments as needed to meet production schedules
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment; dispose of packing materials appropriately
• Follow 7S organizational and safety standards
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve issues
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of forklift/PIT experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or coursework preferred
• Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 55 lbs
• Comfortable working at heights (order picker can reach up to 30 feet)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
• Basic computer proficiency: familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite preferred
• Able to manage time efficiently in a busy warehouse setting

Work Environment:

• Office and warehouse dock environment
• Moderate to loud noise levels
• Occasional exposure to varying weather conditions
