Acumatica & eCommerce Systems Analyst - Contract to Hire

About the Role

Bathing Brands Inc. is modernizing and unifying the full spectrum of Steam, Sauna, and Bathing eCommerce ecosystem operations. To support this transformation, we’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Acumatica & eCommerce Systems Analyst to help elevate the systems that power our entire business.

You won’t be coding full applications — but you will be hands-on in Acumatica daily: building GIs, dashboards, workflows, imports, data governance structures, and supporting critical connections between eCommerce, marketplaces, inventory, service, and finance.

Skills and Experience You’ll Need

• 2–4+ years experience working with Acumatica ERP
• Strong proficiency building Generic Inquiries, dashboards, pivot tables, and PowerPivot
• Hands-on experience with Customization Project Editor
• Comfort navigating DAC structures and extending screens/fields
• Solid understanding of multi-module workflows (CRM, Sales Orders, Inventory, WMS, Purchasing, AR/AP, Service, Projects, Finance)
• Experience with Import Scenarios and maintaining clean data
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Comfortable working in fast-paced eCommerce or ERP-driven environments

It Would Be Great If You Have…

• Experience with marketplace connectors (Amazon Connector, etc.)
• Background supporting multi-store eCommerce or distribution
• Familiarity with web → ERP data flows (Drupal/Shopify/API)
• Report Designer (RD/ARM) experience
• Light SQL knowledge
• Exposure to service workflows or field service teams
• Experience working across product, warehouse, finance, or customer service teams

Contract-to-Hire Structure (6–12 Months)

We’re offering this role as a 6–12 month contract-to-hire because of the significant volume of high-impact initiatives planned for our ERP and eCommerce ecosystem over the next year. This structure gives the incoming analyst:

A clear runway to work on meaningful, resume-defining projects

You won’t spend your first months “warming up.” You’ll immediately contribute to deep, cross-functional work — from multi-store eCommerce flows to service, warehouse, supply chain and finance process improvements.
