We are currently seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Associate to join our Green Bay team.

About the RoleAs a Warehouse Associate, you'll be a key part of our fast-moving distribution team. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products accurately, efficiently, and safely. Working closely with a dedicated team, you’ll ensure customer orders are fulfilled with precision and pride — helping drive Halron’s reputation for service and reliability.
Work Schedule- 4-day work schedule with rotating day off, Monday through Friday
- Full-time, average 40-50 hours per week
- No weekends
- Annually $40,000-$50,000 (based on experience) first year

- Receive, inspect, and store incoming products
- Accurately pick, check, and stage orders for delivery
- Load and unload trucks based on schedule and customer-specific needs
- Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Perform daily cycle counts and support end-of-month inventory
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Always uphold Halron’s safety and quality standards
- Other special projects as needed
- Prior warehouse experience (preferred)
- Experience with forklifts and RF scanners (required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and stay focused in fast-paced environments
- Professional demeanor and clear communication with team members and customers
- A commitment to punctuality, responsibility, and respect
