Job Description:

Dinasty Security Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented AP/AR & Billing Specialist (Temp) to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, and payment recording. This role also supports all departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Create and send invoices to clients
• Track payments and manage collections
• Process vendor invoices and payments
• Maintain accurate AR/AP records and reconcile accounts
• Assist with reports, documentation, and general office tasks
• Support operations, HR, and other departments as needed

Skills/Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• High attention to detail
• Experience with AR/AP or billing preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software

Requirements:

• Must pass pre-employment background check
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bilingual preferred
• Reliable and punctual
• 1–2 years AR/AP or accounting experience required
