RN – Med Tele House Supervisor (Nights) | Sage Memorial Hospital – Ganado, AZ / Critical Access Hospital / 7 on–7 off schedule, ASAP start only / 12-hr nights, 36/48 guaranteed hrs/week with option to pick up OT (not guaranteed) / 4:1 patient ratios / Must have strong Med Tele and acute care experience with ability to work independently in a rural setting / Float flexibility may be needed based on census / Fast-paced critical access environment caring for adult med/surg and telemetry patients / Travelers should be comfortable with limited resources and broad patient acuity / Housing options available: shared on-site housing (~$500/month; private locked room with shared kitchen/laundry, no pets, possible waitlist), Navajoland Inn extended stay (~25 mins away with breakfast, gym, laundry), or private Sage-owned units in Gallup, NM (~1 hour away, ~$500/month) / Great fit for travelers seeking block scheduling, rural experience, and potential extra shifts
