Client Service Associate

We’re looking for a curious, fast‐learning Client Service Associate who enjoys being part of a collaborative team and is excited to grow within an independent advisory firm. What You’ll Do

• Lead the setup and maintenance of client accounts, including new accounts, distributions, and transfers
• Partner closely with the team to deliver exceptional service to clients and prospects
• Build trusted relationships through timely, accurate work and clear communication
• Use our CRM to manage tasks, track client information, and keep the team informed
• Respond to daily client requests and ensure smooth account servicing
• Collaborate with Wealth Managers on questions, service needs, and ongoing client support
• Coordinate private investment enrollment, paperwork, and timelines
• Support and back up teammates as needed
• Assist with special projects and help solve unique challenges as they arise
• Help guide new clients through a seamless onboarding experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years of professional experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
• Motivation to provide outstanding client service and contribute to a supportive team culture

This is a hybrid position in the southwest metro of Minneapolis, MN requiring successful background and credit check for employment.
