Export/Import Logistics Coordinator

Schedule: Full-time, MON-FRI 8 AM - 5 PM

Location: Doral, 33122

Pay Range:  $25.00-27.00 p/ hour

Responsibilities:

• handle Export/Import shipments
• prepare SED, AWB, SLI, BL, Cargo Manifest and other shipping documents
• prepare drafts and pre-alerts
• ensure bookings are made on time and in accordance with shipping instructions

Requirements:

• dynamic export/import agent for Operations Department
• ability to manage high volume of work and operate under pressure
• ability to follow exact shipping instructions
• fast paced and able to work on a timeline
• minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding
• knowledge of TSA regulations and rules
• computer literate
• good communicational skills in English & Spanish
• Experience with Cargowise and Magaya is PLUS

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $25.00 - $27.00 Per Hour
